Holli Beall, LMT, graduated from the Wellness and Massage Training Institute with over 800 hours of training and has been a practicing massage therapist since 2002. Holli frequently works with marathon runners during training, and is familiar with the needs of other athletes. Clients with conditions such as fibromyalgia, torticollis and chronic headaches have benefited greatly from Holli's work. She is trained in Prenatal and Infant massage, is a Reiki Level II Practitioner, and has taken classes in CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute. Holli has been an active member of the ABMP since July 2002. She started 5 Elements, Inc. Licensed Massage Therapy out of her Lake in the Hills home in 2004, and moved the business to its current Crystal Lake location in September 2005.
